If you’re looking for an upbeat science podcast to add to your libary, you might like The Naked Scientists.  Sorry, it’s not a video podcast.  It is interesting, however.  A wide variety of topics are covered.  The hosts are physicians and researchers from Cambridge University who provide a weely BBC radio program.
